program is held every Wednesday from September to June at 11am. |
| This is
a lapsit program for children aged 5 months - 12 months. |
| Pre-registration is
an option for this popular program is an option year round. Waiting
lists are common, so please call the library to reserve your spot. |

| Toddler
Tales |
| This
program is held in 6 week sessions on Tuesdays from September to June
at 12 noon. It is
designed for children aged 15 - 30 months. |
| It builds on
the Baby Rhyme Time experience by providing books and
stories with more language, simple storylines and
predictable plots. While spending this time together,
children and their grownups are encouraged to become
actively involved in the stories and to participate in
finger play and song activities. Each six week
session will also feature plenty of puppet play,
structured circle time and music. |

to Once Upon a Story |
| This
program is held every Friday from September to June 9:30am - 10:00am. |
| It is
designed for children who are at least 21/2
- 31/2
years old. |
| Attending the right
program will ensure your child feels comfortable and gets the most benefit
from the books, activities, songs, finger plays and colouring craft.
Parents are invited to browse the library while the children attend Once
Upon a Story. In many cases this
is a youngster's first exposure to a structured program without a parent
in attendance. You are welcome to watch through the window from the foyer
but please keep in mind sound travels readily in this area. No
registration is required. This allows parents and caregivers the freedom
and flexibility of attending programs when it is
convenient to them. It also allows greater access to
library programs. No child is turned away from story time
because of attendance limits. |

designed for children who are at least 31/2
years old.
If you have a younger
child, please bring them to Once Upon a
