Super Reader Day 2009
What a Summer!  More than 200 children signed up for the TD Summer Reading Club.  Each participant logged books they read.  By the end of August, 140 children logged at least 10 books and received an invitation to our wrap-up party with Entertainer Peter Mennie.

Children who logged at least 20 titles have been honoured with a personalized name plate in a new acquisition of their choice.
On August 25th we celebrated our Super Readers.  Participants who logged 40 books were invited to ride the Fire Trucks from the library to Robert Simpson Park.  Special thanks to the Arnprior Fire Department and the McNab/Braeside Fire Department for making this event possible.  47 children aged 6 and up were invited to ride the trucks.
